Coriander Pork Fresh Pineapple Recipes

400 g (13 oz.) pork loin or fillet
1 tablespoon oil
4 cloves garlic, chopped
4 spring onions, chopped
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/2 cup (15g/1/2 oz.) coriander leaves
3 tablespoons chopped mint
